As part of the redevelopment and extension of the T3 Porte d’Asnières / Porte Dauphine tramway line, Locapal installed an underpinning system to support part of the tunnel cover slab.

In fact, the tunnel roof was cut into two parts, one to be retained to create a fire passage and the other to be demolished. The Locapal solution involves underpinning the slab with our 260 T spreader beams, without the need for posts every metre as with scaffolding. The system keeps passageways clear under the tunnel.
