Striking operation to launch a 170t footbridge over the A86 freeway in Gennevilliers. The challenge? The customer had to launch the footbridge over the freeway in one night, then place it on its final supports the following night.

The solution: use of 1000-ton bents and PRS800s to distribute the load from the bridge onto Couturier’s SPMT trailers.

Supply of two existing 117-ton CMU lifting beams to lift the footbridge in tandem with 4 mobile cranes and place it on its final supports.
